For farming essence at ~mp5-7, there is literally no difference (except even few k dps gain), and life on kill one cost 20-30x cheaper than life steal (this one 80mil bid, very good roll).
Figured that I have to use serenity vs reflect anyway, since there is always that horde pack that will kill me. To be 100% safe, you need some ridiculous mitigation against reflect.
