yes, and like like 700 life regen ^^

thats kinda why i cant play higher mp atm, i heard life leech is goign to be nerfed so i also dont wanna buy a wep with life leech :\

they aint nerfing lifeleech/loh, saw one of the post in bnet that theyre pretty happy about where its at. too lazy to look for post tho

Well about 38m only so about same as the ik armor i found. Pity it only had 8ias :-/
