I read through some of the tests and very instructive.

given the information, what is the best option now for RLTW/WW barb.

a-) EF main hand, fast ias weapon OH

b-) rare mace with big base dmg on MH, EF on OH.

I guess from your tests, you are saying (a) is better?

btw sorry to ask a noob question, how do you check the attack per second on Detail screen for both Main and OH? when I just click details, the number I see is for which hand? thanks.

it changes depending on the weapon you swing - just keep the details screen open and click lmb + stand still
