Adding some things of note:

You get killing spree bonuses for killing x monsters together (within a time limit) and you can also get bonus for killing with 1 blow.

Thorns killing counts as 1 blow btw...So if that's the case is he farming places with thorns xp 1 blow bonus? In a lower difficulty maybe?

He's not afk botting. But he's getting at least 10x more exp than me per hour (I'm at 22mill/hour). Wish I knew what he was doing lol.
