Well since you only have to be 17 to buy an M rated game then it doesn't matter what the store says, no matter the "village" you live in. Also you do NOT go to jail for selling M rated games to minors, maybe an X rated game or something of that nature but defiantly not M rated games. the most that would happen is that you might have to be a hefty to not so hefty fine, that is it, maybe a lawsuit depending on either or not the parents decide to sue.
SO buy the game your DAMN self, tell your grandmother to go fuck a donkey and play away.
the esrb rating system is purely voluntary. The stores choose if/how they are going to enforce it.
My grandmother was kidnapped at an early age and forced to do donkey shows in tijuanna and was barely able to escpae. I'm not sure that telling her to fuck a donkey would help my situation.
My parents are also currently in azkaban for sexual impropriety so bringing them back into the picture won't help a whole lot either
