You should buy one of the cheap cheap EF with 10-11% fear and try playing with it. See how you can handle the fear proc on it. It can work to your advantage once you get used to it. I just don't like it at all, so I rarely use it for the cookie build.

For bell builds, its fine though.

Alright I did what you said, I really like this set up now. I also switched out my spear with a sword and got an attack speed ring so now I have 2.5 aps and it's way nicer.
