I'm new to Monk, but I had a question regarding OWE and AR. If i stack Fire Res for example, and I have AR on a few pieces, they will still add together correct?

My monk is lv 45, so i can't test it easily yet, so I was curious.

Yes, you get all of your +all res, and then your highest single stacked +res is stacked with your all res

So im at 237k unbuffed with wkl+rare both with life steal and im wondering if its playable with singel life steal? Like wkl+echoing fury with cc.. would get a huge dps boost

totally depends on how much dps you have with your WKL equipped.
