anyone know why so many people use dogs and leeching life does it really give back that much?

I think that the consensus is LoH for low dps builds and Toads builds, ll% for high dps builds.

I never pay attention to life on elites really because they drop so quickly, but 60m seems a little high no? That would mean I would have to cast about 60 sets of bears to kill them which I have never seen. Generally they drop with a few casts. Some even drop when I sac 4 dogs on the pack so I am not sure where you get these numbers from. But to each their own, I've played AC build for a while when it got buffed and while it does kill white trash fast, it falls behind against elites, which is the main goal at hand. I played about every single WD build out there and at first I did not like bears at all, but then once I understood the play style and mechanics there is nothing better, hands down. I am not saying AC builds or any other build is not "good", but they just don't kill things nearly as fast as bears do. The only build I havent played is a 100% sac build, which I would like to try, but really cant afford all that gear. Anyways if anyone else cares to chime in more please do, I like reading multiple perspectives.

For mp10 you need to forget about grave injustice basically, go back to vision quest, blood ritual, just all good old abilities that allow for long bear spam.
For example solo diablo has over 250 million hp.. at mp10. Azmodan is at about 130.

Not much. It gives me like 5-600 per tick. Its good enough for me to tank some refect dmg packs usually. I got no life back source.

how much mana regen should you have??
i keep running out of mana when i spam the bear skill

I use life leech dogs because they don't die enough for final gift to be worth it unless you sacrifice. I could see the 10% damage reduction one being a good option, but idk. Burning and rapid aren't really worth it in my opinion, since the point of dogs is to soak damage, not do damage. Even with godly gear they're only going to do like 10k an attack. That's nothing when you can have 1m bear crits.

Looking for some ideas on upgrading DPS wise, typically dont have more than 20 mil on me at a time (making upgrading shitty!)

I dropped the tank style build and went into the full DPS mode, the spec i got from Supamanjon, and i love it.

Before 1.05 I would like to break 70-80k in preparation. Im guessign the cheapest way to up my dps would be to pick up a 300 damage TotD. Any thoughts are apreciated!
