he is doing fine but need advice since im low on cd and cc where to get it, what needs replacement ( im crafting bracers atm) and somehow to reach 700all res + to maintain good life and armor

Is it possible to have a viable 3.0 attacks per second monk?

I'm at 2.71 right now with a sword / WKL. I could get 3% more speed from current gear.

With current attack speed a dagger puts me to 2.89.

Don't run lacuni's....
