better chest armor or better nats ring

hey monks

stats showing is not quite accurate i think
here they are anyway:
6200 armor
79k dps
720 allres
55k hp

its a hardcore monk so i need to play it safe but now that im at 40+ paragon lvl i need to lvlup alot too
at the moment i dont know if i can do mp7, or maybe mp9? or if i should try to solo ubers at mp5? all of those seem to be possible but at hardcore its kinda risky to just try.
anyway i know i can upgrade several spots easily. like pickup a better nats boots or innas chest. i do aim for 3k+ dex on this monk. however i do not have the moneys for better items right now.
also im thinking about replacing the xp stone in my helmet with an hp stone(amethyst), after i picked up a proper hellfire ring.
let me know what you think, where should i put my moneys in first and how do i lvlup the quickest?

I always steer clear of gold ah when i dont have 2b in hand to avoid disappointment lol

you lack dex on a big scale.

2100 dex is nowhere near enough, but you got some decent items! it seems you are a bit overkill on the resistances too.

Consider options where you can make a change to bring up the dexterity.

the other places i see is average damage, they made a big dps increase to my monk when i geared it... your amulet is missing huge damage potential because of this, rings too

Yea already figured out the dex problem, guess i'll craft some bracers/gloves to go with higher dex,

then i'm going to get a nats with crit + avg dmg, and probably a critdamage unity. that'll boost dex + avg dmg.

Yea Ammy is going to be crafted aswell, just using the one from my barb, because i didnt had a better one.

And then i'm going to boost dex on some items, maybe in exchange with some allres or so..
