Regardless I don't think gearing towards crit on every piece just to get 10% dodge is worth sacrificing ~500 in resists. Get an unlucky no-dodge streak and there's a good chance to get railed. Damage also seems pretty low for having so much crit and dex, and 2.41 attacks/sec, how do you manage that? Super low base weapon damage?

Try turning on Evasion-Backlash, near death experience with these stats.
