That's not a good one. You need a bonus +23%.

When I run my monk, it's permanent buffed around +320k, that times 1.24 is huge. And that gets buffed by overawe even more.

WKL is the best for monks that use SW Cyclone/FoT Tclap as the main dealer.

skorn or 2x1hand for my monk?? wkl or? i have 5b to spend on weapon whats the best dmg? for ubers and elites

Is echoing fury retarded to get if im gonna use exploding palm? i think that rare is gonna be too low attack speed isnt it..?

Yes. Palm won't work well with EF since the feared mob will run away from the pack.

It's either EF + Slow or WKL + +1.4APS rare.

So a rare with 1.42 aps 1300 Black dmg 9% attack speed socket + 2.9% LS wkl could do??

What's the exact stats on those weapons? It all depends on the stats man.
