hi guys. i have a question on gearing a monk.

assuming i take my time building my monk set, is it feasible to make a non-OwE monk with just 500m, or maybe a max of 1b?

i am willing to take a loss in dps just to make sure i don't use OwE.

target is solo mp8 and decent at mp10 with a group.

Everything but took ages.
I orginally had 300M - 400M budget.
Like I said, Mempo was camped by me and 2 other guys.
Do not expect to be the best Monk though.

When you first showed it, it was with your fully buffed dps which is misleading for somebody that is trying to replicate your build with the same budget. Don't buff yourself and log out.
