Why would you want that? against melee if something at all imo

Evasive is great vs def wiz and WD's. Insta hits. Hungering/Bola takes too long and can easily be avoided.

because people will be able to have natalya and shit, on our level

not sure if it will mess up lld though, but seems like it would be hard and time consuming to balance it well

There was some new blue posts about that actually. The way I read it this time is that they don't scale back but only scale up from the point they originally become available. So all it will do is up the values of level 30 or below LLD items we currently use and all other legendaries that drop below 30 and their stats will scale up if they are found at higher levels.

E.g. stuff like Pox Faulds, Aquila Cuirass, Steady Strikers, Magefist, Vigilante, Quickdraw, Girdle, Crudest, Lut Socks, Moonlight, Squirt, Leoric, Manald, Nagel, Wall of Bone, Gazing, Winter Flurry, Sin Seekers will become relevant.

It will only make LLD better imo. More item/build diversity is great.

Not fully sure i understand this completely but should be fun? hopefully nothing is ruined :S.
