Would a Tal armor be good? I see a few can go up to 650+ armor and it has ias%.

hey guys im back again i got some more gear still having alot of problms with elites and act 3 mobs
can someone please tell me what im missing to be able to solo act3 to siegebreaker
ive spend millions of gold an im still having trouble.

also how do i upload the picture its not working
but these are my stats with a shield unbuffed

HP-31k
Armor-5.2k
DPS-16.5k
Resist-726
LOH-800

75% during 3 second mantra refresh and in combat, so probably fists of thunder rune?
Regardless I don't think gearing towards crit on every piece just to get 10% dodge is worth sacrificing ~500 in resists. Get an unlucky no-dodge streak and there's a good chance to get railed. Damage also seems pretty low for having so much crit and dex, and 2.41 attacks/sec, how do you manage that? Super low base weapon damage?
