Let me try this... u need a @60+ litany (around 150m) a @all witching hr with 60+dex/vit/9/40+ (100m+) Then try craft a better amulet(min 8cc/70cd/with or without ias) /bracer (5cc+/200dex+/100vit). Can spend on nats boots to get 19xdex/8xvit for 40-50m. Upgrade inna radiance to 18x-19x dex/% life or vit @all

Thinking of swapping off hand for wkl or ef. That's what I see right away. Beyond that all I really see are upgrading gloves and rerolling crafts. Looking for some opinions especially whether to go ef or wkl route.

If you want to stick with rare axe, go with LS EF.

If you want to use LS WKL, go with rare + 1.4aps.

And boost your ehp high enough so you can drop OWE and Serenity. That would boost your dmg buffs by a lot.

And you are missing attack speed on the gloves.
