I could also use some guidance with upgrading my monk. Currently in the process of replacing all my star emeralds with RS gems. I'm not exactly swimming in gold though so I've been limited in the upgrades I can purchase.

You're missing all res at many places. Craft better shoulders, get inna's helm with all res (or single res if you switch to OWE), inna's armor with some kind of res or more vit, natalya's boots with vit, natalya's ring with xx-xx dmg and cd.
Honestly, I don't think you have to upgrade the gems in your armor before you upgrade the armor pieces.

Damage ...... 155K ........200+ for mp10
Life ............ 32K ........ 50+
Armor .......... 5518 ..... good
CC.............. 41% ...... 45+
CD.............. 365% .... 450+
All Res ......... 223 ...... way too low ... 500+ (try not to use OWE)


Shoulders needs 75+ all res
ammy ........ try craft for Tri ... at least get cc and cd
Tri gloves with vit / all res
bracers need 6 cc
WH .... dex, vit, all res, 9ias, 45+ cd
rings need ias & cc .... Litany is good, nats need cc
boots ... need 80+ more dex and vit

inna Chest 175 dex / 250 vit
inna Pants 95 dex, 75 all res

Or
Chest 180 dex / 90 vit / 75 all res
pants 90 dex / 180 vit
First option seems to be cheaper ... results are similar

This is my Monk. You can tell it's leet by the 1337 dps rank. Anyways, I guess I'm just trying to brainstorm with you guys and try and figure out how to hit that next milestone of 300k. Of course the 180 dex from paragon levels is gonna help but I threw on a crit ef and it added about 35k, bumping me to about 150-160. So with that in mind I've got a few questions:
1. How is chd ef compared to ls. Sure you've heard it before but how hard are reflect mobs to survive especially poison pool ones?
2. I kind of need a bit more life and res (around 560 all res) and I'm thinking the next piece to replace for dps would be my bracers yet I think they're beautiful and not sure how I would make up for the 180 vit/ 85 res loss.

Whats leet?

1. You cant survive with single ls
2. Just keep crafting til you get a nice one.

You sacrificed a lot of ehp by going with dex heavy pants and boots and no vital or life % wh.

Its going to be very hard for you to up the dmg with keeping the ehp stats at even the current lvl.

Gearing up to that lvl of monk is pretty easy but now its going to be costly and will require moving multiple slots to properly upgrade.

my old monk ran 330k unbuffed DPS with single LS setup and i still needed to swap to a dual LS setup for reflect mobs. yes, even at 570k dps full buff, 3% ls was not enough for RD
