get a second weapon with life steal, being twice as strong is nice
swap the guardians path for seize the initiative, its already adding more mitigation and will increase as your dex does, also won't lead to unpredictable deaths
your nats ring seems to be worth more than everything else (1bil+ probably) might consider selling it and upgrading elsewhere

Look for a sword (1.40 aps) with 1100 dps, 100+ dex, 50+ cd, socket and 2.50+ life steal. If you're up for spending, look for a dagger (1.50 aps) with similar stats and ~1050 dps, but daggers tend to be far more expensive.

I'm using high dps MH + WKL OH. I swapped weapons in d3rawr and using low dps in MH lowered palms damage significantly. However i'm not sure if its going by weapon dps, weapon damage, or weapon speed to calculate things.

Adding Blazing Wrath increased palms damage. D3rawr don't have Faith in the Light, i'm also very curious how it works together with Exploding Palm. If you (or anyone) find it somewhere, please share and i'll do the same!

yes palm dmg uses the weapon dmg on mainhand only. offhand acts as "offhand" for skills like bell/palm/cyclone strike.

dmg skills increase the dmg of it too
