Diablo dropped a couple level 52 rare items just now. Totally a worthwhile experience running this guy.
Anyone else that's running him notice he constantly drops low level shit or is it just me?

Depends on what you define as trouble. Are you getting 1-shotted? Are you not able to stay up vs. the incoming damage? There are a lot of ways to slice "trouble," and many different ways to address it.

Looking at your stats, I would say that you've been getting 1-shotted at times. If thats the case, you need more mitigation. Resists are a good suggestion, although, its not essential to stack 800 in A2. It definitely helps, but you could get through with resists in the 700s, even 600s if you had decent regen.

If you're using transcendence, do you have any equip for Life per Spirit Spent?

Haven't really been getting one shot, its more of i get low heal then get hit again try and heal then a random damage spike pushes me over the edge and i die

a2 inferno is pretty much a cake walk atm (except for annoying wasp fire chain bastards, them be hard), not dieing at all and killing mobs fast

question is, should I put my res up a bit for a3? or work on getting more block/melee damage reduction(I have a couple piececs to lower dps but raise res to like 950+) ?

Your stats look fine for act 3, inb4 fists of thunder > crip and no breath of heaven? ;o
If you can survive with the resists you have there, I'd say go for it, but Herald of Pestilence can still destroy me with 1k+ resists from off screen sometimes. Outside of that, I don't notice elemental damage being much higher than Act 2.

i use keen eye and hit 10.7k armor with hard target

and yeah herald of pestilence is the scariest thing next to arcane jailers.

Just bought all new gear stacked res is at almost 900 without mantra. No rings, Ammy, or Weapon.

Just noticed that most of the stuff I bought doesnt have +vit ..... how important is that? Did I screw everything up? If not, what rings/ammy/weapon should I try to buy. What stats are more important to help me out

I don't have vita on a COUPLE pieces, but it's not completely gamebreaking. You don't want to be sitting at 25k health though; a good combo of Vita and some %life on a few pieces will shoot you up fast though. Amulets/Rings are the first pieces I'd skimp vita on simply because there's so many other common useful stats (Ares/choice resist, Attack speed, Dex, Socket, even +damage or crit/crit damage)
