I know there's no Epiphany but... i find this kind of build could work well

Equipping Inna's Belt + Pants + Weapon and Raiment's Helmet + Armor + Shoulder + Gloves + Boots and RORG to gain both full sets bonuses (4 mantras + "the_new_kaboom_dashing_strike")

just spam cyclone strike and place a few eps to get the leet 1600% weapon damage going.

i can think of a build that incorporates the monkey king set and az+rimeheart+frostburn. With a decent amount of cdr, one can almost perma spam cyclonestrike for that 1600% damage granted by monkey king and also have the ability of the zdps monk.
