It's always a good idea to drop OWE and free up a passive.
Just try to get about 500 all res.
With 30m ... you can't do too much.
Save up and hope for some nice drops.
In order to increase dmg ... you pretty much have to re-gear.
Shoulders & bracers are fine, craft tri gloves & ammy and hope for vita / res.
cc mempo & innas chest (either 180d, 80v, 70 all res or 180d, 250v)
WH ... try for vit or all res
boots can have 90 more dex
imo, rings need to have cc, isa (unless you can afford tri/quad rings)
nats with avg dmg, cc, vit/res
other ring either litany 9/4.5/7 or rare with avg dmg, dex, vit, all res, cc, ias
Go heavy with cd in weapons ... expensive, save this for last
Just save up for now.
