I'm only 28 level

Hey I'm building a new monk, currently using the nirvana build. This is my crappy monk: http://www.diabloprogress.com/hero/heh-1586/ISaidMoo/7635921

I know I have a lot of upgrades to work on, I have 200M now and hopefully that will increase to 500-600M in the next few days. These are the things that I'm currently working on, most important listed first:
Offhand - EF with dex + socket
Belt - WH with dex + AR
Mainhand - rare sword/fist with ~1100 dps, LS, socket, crit dmg. I don't think I can afford ones that have dex.
Mempo with CC
Chest with AR - craft or find an Inna's? Should I care about the 2-set bonus if I'm getting rid of the Inna's helm?

Am I going in the right direction with my gearing strat? Did I get my priorities wrong? I have about 400 DEs remaining, so I can go on a crafting spree if someone thinks a crafted slot needs improvement.

Other questions that come to mind:
-What attack speed should I be aiming for?
-Are SOJs with WOL worth getting? If so, which should I be prioritizing - % dmg, bonus vs elites or WOL crit? Is cold damage important? Additionally, can I get an estimate of SOJ prices?

Doesn't have to be bell based, just seemed synergistic with cyclone strike. I'm looking for a good build for group crypt xp farming that involves cyclone strike to pull mobs in.

first of all i wanna thank jinshin for this guide if he still posts here. second, i assume this build works on console as well? I wanna try it out my monk is currently level 31
