Allow me to make sense of it for ya ....
Int crafted gloves roll a main stat between 200 and 220 .... it can't roll int again as one of it's random stats, but it can roll int+vit as opposed to pure vit, and get up to +100 int and +100 vit from that single affix roll, making the max int possible on those crafted gloves up around 300.
