survivability wise, you should have not much problem unless you are still getting used to this playstyle.
if you can do mp6 efficiently, stick to that. at this point, you'll need to slowly upgrade your dps and maintain the ehp.
that's how i started off when 1.0.7 came out.
you can try swapping out your natset with a 175+dex/40+allres/8% zuni boots and a ring with 150+dex/cc/cd/(allres or armor). those are more effective unless you use the top end nats.
also at mp7+, upgrade to 1350+skorn. those will be the immediate upgrades.
if you have more gold, try craft a bracers like urs but with 300+ dex. most of the dmg will come from stacking mass dex.
same with your gloves and amulets. the BiS will be those crafted goodies.
