No mate thats not a screenshot from the game, just a photoshopped one.
if i remember correctly, people ended up saying its a photoshop, since:
* the inventory doesnt fit on the screen the right way, or something like that
*the barb looks pixelated or was the other dude i dont remember...
*the inventory has the same items the one in the artisan video/screenshots
I believe its from the game Castlevania Lords of Shadow. Here's a video that shows that abomination fella at 1:58 and at 2:40ish. The candles and lighting fit in with other screenshots of Castlevania LoS as well. Not 100% though.

i like blood splatter, the way the candles are aiming upwards even the knocked over candle holder,

i think the lifeless/dead skeletons should be somewhat broken apart, if they are dead whats keeping them intact?
