Just get a new main hand weapon

Like +1030 dps +100dex +2.5ls +55cd socket.

Then craft more.

Shoulders. You could get much more life there. Your overall life is too low, so concentrate on improving it.
What's your budget for upgrades?

I would swap serenity for sweeping wind - inner storm, and cyc strike for blazing/blinding.

e: and yes, inna's chest ofc with @ res

If you are investing in an almost end game nats ring
I would take your time and get something with either vita or res ... instead of extra gold affix

If not, you will want to upgrade again in the future.

Try not to do that.

Its okay to lose out on 1-2k dmg for 80vital or 40res.
