I'm in need of an advice. I've got 2 different item setups that I can use and I can't decide which one to use indeed. First one depends on OWE (176k unbuffed dps), second one lets me remove OWE and put Resolve instead of it for example in exchange of -8 ias and insignificant dps loss (3-4k and I can compensate if I buy new items). Is it worth going with the less ias setup?

Do you have to use Resolve to survive? Then, no it's obviously not worth it.

The point of dropping the OWE passive is to use other useful offensive passives.
