Alright I'll start crafting shoulders, then bracers. I actually have some crafted bracers that are 'better' (275 Dex / 110 Vita / 37 Light Res / 73 All Res / 4% crit) but I don't like them as much due to no life regen, useless light res and low crit. They give me +3000 DPS and +1100 HP, but still...

Would you recommend crafting or buying a new amulet?

It's hard to craft bracers and shoulders with matching resistances, but it's definitely worth trying. Crafted ones are way better than anything you could buy on AH.
And well.. I've crafted 400+ amulets, and the best one I've ever crafted is 350 dex, 78 cd, 9.5 cc with useless adds (no trifecta amulets at all). Maybe you could be luckier, maybe you won't be, it's all up to you, your budget and patience. But shoulders and bracers have to be crafted.

And a nats ring with +20ave dmg (ranged ave dmg) +30lighting res + either +3.5cc or +30cd

Dunno what ur budget is but they wint be too costly

jinshin is right, you need natalya's combo. Your overall life will decrease significantly when you get them, so try to craft/buy shoulders with ~150 vit and life %, and look for natalya's ring with vit/life % instead of light res.
