This skill build is great for party. Cyclone with soothing works with guiding light. So no need to use both boh and cyclone for party.

One thing though, you can't spam cyclone/mantra/palm all, so have another monk to use overawe and palm to maximize the synergy.

I'd recommend a change in:

-Helm
-Pants
-Belt
-Weapons

I'm a bit lost, I am not sure what I would have to upgrade first. Due to the choices in gear I made (Two-piece Blackthorne's, two-piece Inna's, two-piece Nat's) my upgrade options are limited.
Crafting hasn't really worked for me yet but it seems like crafting upgrades is the only way to go for me, right?

What's a good paragon leveling bulid? And for tr do I need a 2h or am I fine with two 1h's. and what should I be looking for in spirit reg?

Craft better shoulders for more ehp, then craft better bracers. Additionally, you could definitely squeeze more dps out of the amulet.
