No, it's not. No matter how much dmg/ehp you have on your monk, single ls cannot handle the reflect pack.

Just passing on some insteresting info ... Emerald vs Ruby in MH
I did not do the testing:

"So I did some calculations to compare the relative effects of ruby in MH vs. emerald in MH
On DW setup, and came up with these numbers on a per target basis:

Emerald in MH
Sheet DPS: 139K
MH Weapon Damage: 80,377
Buffed WoL Damage: 1,620,148
Buffed WoL DPS: 2,467,161
Unbuffed SW Damage: 108,396

Ruby in MH
Sheet DPS: 134K
MH Weapon Damage: 82,405
Buffed WoL Damage: 1,661,026
Buffed WoL DPS: 2,529,410
Unbuffed SW Damage: 104,418

The scenario with the ruby in MH gives 62,249 damage more than emerald on a per bell basis,
and 186,748 on a WoL DPS while the difference in the unbuffed SW damage would only yield ~4K DPS in favour of emerald.
Based on that math, it would reason that for builds that are heavily WoL dependent on damage, I'd say that Ruby in MH > Emerald in MH."
