Your res is fine. You def need more Life though. Aim for 50k for mp10. Most monks i play with in mp10 are 45-60k hp, 400-500 res and 180-220k damage unbuffed. (up to you if you want to roll double life steal or not. Personally I run with 2.7% life steal and second lifesteal weapon in my inventory for plague+molten or RD packs)

You need more life, not resistance.

Your 5300 armour and 550 all res is fine.

Jin and Recon are right ... need more vita.
You are running dual LS weapons, so you can sustain during fights.
But you dont wanna get one shot by the exploding dudes in Keeps 2.
Or charging bulls in A1.
