Your boots are probably your weakest piece - if you don't care about VIT (which you don't seem to) then get ones with higher INT.
The helm could also be better.
Other than that, weapon / OH imo.

Or why not just start picking up Zunimassa's pieces? They have awesome stats in general (the chest is a safe bet) and the 2piece bonus adds a lot of dmg.
IMO go for Zunimassa's helm and boots. The helms with crit% are very expensive though, so maybe try for the chest instead?
Definitely get the boots though, the 7-8% psn dmg increases your dmg by a fair amount and they aren't too expensive.

Atm buying gear with a 30m budget... what items should I concentrate on getting with this budget?

at first spend like <50k per slot and run around in a1/a2 trying different builds. Your optimal gear varies pretty strongly depending if you go for 2h bears or 1h/mojo primary or what have you. The only things that are pretty standard are chest/belt/shoulders/boots/pants - int vit AR. Even there you have to decide how to prioritize pickup though. Shoot for at least 20 pickup on your test gear so you can play with grave injustice/circle of life/gruesome feast.

I've been playing my WD for like a week now. 20 pick up radius isn't really neccesary. I have 6 and it's fine. You are basically walking through almost constantly with spirit walk if you have decent dmg. Don't stress out too much with finding items with pick up radius.

But yes, completely agree with spending just a little to try out the builds. It's really FUN!

It's not necessary but it allows you to get mileage out of GI with more than just bears. I use 14 on my gear and it's fine for bears but it's noticeably suboptimal for acid cloud.

don't really know about acid cloud build.

i only use zombie bear build and i thought most of WDs use zombie bear build. lol

acid cloud and rain of toads is common for using LoH for tanking.

Didn't think people build WDs as tanks. Sorry.
