Why ?
You already have 172 - 80 - 9
You are over 300K dmg ... extra 862 dmg isn't gonna make a difference.

Monk in a great spot right now. I have pretty much stuck with the infused bell/TR build, it's best for the type of runs I do, but there's lots of options.

I am planing to avoid the skill "One With Everything". Which Skill should I use instead? I use "Fleet Flooted" and "Seize The Initiative". Is there anything useful for farming? What about "Combination Strike" for more dam with "Thunderfist"?

I use STI, Fleetfoot and Exalted Soul for spamming bells.
Or WoHF with Combo strike for extra dmg.

Like Jin said ... depends on your build.

Whats the best templar monk guide out? A lot of guides I've looked through the info seems inconsistent.
