Isn't soj much better for farming then Litany? 30%elite + skill boost is nice I guess!

This has been discussed over and tested multiple times.

SOJ is typically only good for uber/boss runs, IF you are a cyclone monk.

Skon/TR/Bell monks benefit a lot from CC WOL SOJ though.

SOJ is nice if you can afford to lose other stats ( vita / res / isa / cc/ cd etc...)
Like Jin said ... SOJs are good for ubers ... cuz you are always hitting and regen life back quick

For regular farming ... you are not always hitting ... so a nice rare / unity / LotU is better.
I choose all res on my rings so I can drop OWE.
