i am new to DHs.. i got some quick questions:

- manticore is weapon of choice? when is calamity better? why people socket ruby+emerald instead of 2x green?
- mempo w/o crit or natalya helm?
- inna belt or WH?

what build is best for budget ~300-400mio? i found so many different builds, that im a little confused

Look at demon hunters skills, nerferd again. Archery is now less viable, especially for my build (grenade build)
Look at Shadow power nef, LoH instead of %LS.

Still no viable hatred generator, still no viable damage sustain, 90s CD for the new skill.

They are nerfing %LS for Torment. I think someone said it's 10% effectiveness on hell and 0% on Torment, so bascially LoH is the new %LS

Does this also apply for barb passiv that is giving 1% LS ?

ls will be 10% efficient at level 60 and have no effect on level 70 (it's 20% on inferno now), difficulty settings won't affect it.
And barbs will have lpfs passive instead of the ls.
