If I were yoi, I would pick up litany ring with 8-9% attack speed. That will massively boost your ehp. Under 200mil is good deal for 9/7% reduction.

Dont get the 6% reduction one.

No. The whole point of getting the Litany is to maximize your ehp from the slot since your ehp is extremely low.

And for monks, attack speed/crit chance is better choice on the rings. Higher aps/cc means more cyclones and more spirit regen and faster tclap animation.
