hey, does spells such as moc/submission and sweeping wind, benefit from stats such as ASI,CC and CD?

the % dmg done chages with submission as you change attack speed ect. not sure how sweeping wind works, from what ive read its really just xx% of what your dps says.

hmm ok... weapon dmg = ur paper dps for moc/submission.

well for submission its the actuall weapon dmg, just that when you have advanced tool tips on and change your attack speed ect that % weapon dmg changes to properly factor everything in.

so like 13% weapon dmg with a skorn is similar to 26% weapon dmg with ef/wkl

and the same way for sweeping as far as weapon dmg is weapon dmg the game does calculate everything independently in its own way so that you do get benefits from from everything even though the tick rate never changes and i dont think you get crits.

its just that its easiest to base it on your dps to get a decent estimate, for sweeping wind that is.

so what stats should i get to get higher submission dmg?

If I understand the answers above I would say anything that increases your damage; dex, cc, cd, ias and so on...

OK, still no luck crafting for my monk and barb.
Did another 300+ crafts yesterday and now low on DEs.

For DEs ... I TR / Bell mp7 VotA.
Just kill elites and skip everything else.
Really quick runs.

Any better spots for farming DEs ?
