Are my non CDR monks viable for anything or should I scrap em?

You have to have +60% CDR to constantly spam the bells.

I mean any builds that are good without CDR

I have stacked CDR on IF/TR but my other two monks have zero.

Oh I mean the skills can get buffed in the next patch. If you think somethings worth keeping, keep it for sure.

That lightning Monk looks nice. I also have a lot of Lightning gear and Laws of Seph in my stash, so I will try it soon.

Edit: I did not like LTK very much, so this might be a better alternative.

I got some CDR / CC / 20% mages (attack speed, no CD though)
I also got another fire andy's.

lose 4% CDR so I rolled the 13% fire off my ammy for CDR. used too much gold just to get 6%

also no Hexing still.... and 98 rolls on my rorg with no 8% cdr

Your rng luck is similar to mine.
We both need to rub some luck off from Kim.
After playing my cdr monk for awhile now, I can't go back to my non-cdr monk.
I am hoarding all cdr gears and gears with special effects.
I am still pissed off I souled 2 x Rimeheart and Frostburn last week.
At 71.5%, only 2 secs Epiphany down time... need to find a cdr SOJ, cdr Royal ring and cdr GoW.

And Hex pants does make a big difference in TR monks cuz we are always on the go with extra 25% dmg / resource.

Yes hexing is the bane of my existence.

Has anyone tried the reduced damage from stunned enemies bracers with IF / TR build instead of strongarm?

Is there a cap to damage reduction or can you be more invincible?

And yeah actually I tested out my non CDR monk yesterday and the damage burst is great but it's sooo slow otherwise... Was getting bored lol.
