Tal chest gives me +8k more dps than innas with only 69 dex on it, and im using innas helm + pants to get the 130 dex bonus, rly the way to go

getting a new witching hour, will give me ~+11k dps

Will get new boots as soon as i craft new shoulders with res on them. will be abit low resist tho ~550 total, but should be enough

yeah. you can try to squeeze in as much dps as you want but dun forget the importance of ehp.
being out of action doesn't do good to your efficiency.

Ur ehp is really low even though you are using owe and sti. And you have single ls too. Should probably work on the ehp as well as dps like hunter mentioned.

I'm kinda wondering what kind of character is needed to take down these shits comfortably...

That's the first thing I've encountered that one-hits me.

haha are those the charging beast on field? If your ehp is low enough to get 1 shot, you just gotta dodge the attack when they are preparing to charge.Once you get that timing down, shouldn't be much problem.
Which skill set you using?

45k life, 750 all res and 5400 armor don't seem to be enough. These are the worse charging beasts that sometimes spawn outside of Leoric's Manor, the "normal" charging beasts in Fields of misery cannot one-hit me. I just wasn't prepared to die instantly.
I stick to the faith in light-fot setup because we were doing ubers in the same game, before I tried to farm some essences and stumbled upon these beasts.
