I must be misunderstanding you because it is actually a crime to be in posession of stolen goods regardless of whether you did the theft or not.

This is hard implement in blizzards shoes, and not nearly as easy as it sounds.


It's actually easy to refund real money purchases using PayPal. A certain company is probably too greedy to refund all the RMAH purchases.

But if the person is not notified the initial thief generally always gets the punishment.

Those are the only legit ones out there :)

This is really the reason this would never stand in court though, because it's the price you pay when, like you said, doing business.

if it was a complete roll back, it could be done without doing the BOA. BOA is turned on, BOA is turned off.
Also blizzard can make all items BOA tomorrow if they choose and we all wouldn't be able to do anything about it even if purchased with real money. The pixels are blizzards property and we are basically renting them
