WW incorporates dmg from both main/OH
Nado dmg is only based on mainhand dmg but u get benefit of the stats on ur OH which is why every used these "stat sticks" with no dmg but hue stat bonuses as an offhand.
However, i don't recommend it cause as ur barb progresses, ww dmg output is a significant portion.
The best answer is, look for a balance in dmg and stats. U also want to have a fast OH (i.e. sword/dagger) with an echoing in mainhand if u can afford it. If not u can use echoing as an offhand.
Key stats to look for are socket, crit, lifesteal, and str as a bonus.
U really only need 2.8%lifesteal on one of the weps and use bloodthirst to get to the desired 5.8% comfort zone. hope that helps.
