what gem would you use for a rare spear (1.1k dps, str vit crit socket) ? more critdmg or more avg dmg?

with the change to rubies I'm liking emeralds more atm.

What ik gloves are the best im an allrounder setup?

Well, arm i have 183str/58dex/58vit/7ias 10cc 311 regen

i have 133k life with wh, 836 res wirh impunity.

Should i go for res or vit ? Or bith?
