Try evasive fire instead of hungering
You'll be able to chase any barb down with tactical and vault while they try and run and heal.

some gg dhs sometimes use sharpshooter and get one big crit hit.
Thrill of the hunt also is very effective vs barbs.
Make sure your wearing a soj, marked for death with the hatred regen rune is nice for a extra 12% dmg

i am thinking about switching to a 1.3k+ dps manti, but that wont help the dmg of my impales, it will reduce them

don't get a medicore manticore if you have that nice xbow. only switch to 170+ dex, 1.3k++ dps 2 socket

i guess i have to upgrade my gloves, second ring slot and amulet then to reach higher dps for pvp without losing def stats

attack speed doesn't increase the damage of Impale, so I think you should get gloves with high crit chance and crit damage and an Inna belt with high dex+vit or all res.
you should always use SoJ for PvP

Looking for a different build for farming/xp runs on lower mps.

Ball of lighting is kinda slow, and manticore,pff...

actually that's my xp gear, i've got a dex/vit/cd nats ring and a 230+dex andys visage, with a 1200+/dex/vit/1os manticore, reaching 200k+ dps without steady aim, but pretty slow for me.

For your build in terms of skills, you could use muti-shot as your main AoE skill since its fast. You could swap out steady aim for vengeance and then stick with multi + full broadside. However, if your having hatred problems, you could switch to the multi /w lower hatred cost rune.

Another build route you could go is strafe. Again, you probably need to use vengeance to help with hatred management. I was never a fan of strafe, but for farming, you can hold right click + watch TV if you got enough hatred management to keep it up almost permanently.

Also, buy the dex shoulders + dex bracers recipe's. You can easily get 10k+ dps from upgrading both, and you could craft shoulder/bracer upgrades pretty quickly.
