hes almost level 100, 2 bars left

his typical route:
start checkpoint core of arreat, kill back to waypoint
wp to tower of the damned, kill clockwise inner circle to waypoint
wp to arreat crater lvl2, kill till next level, tp back to town
wp keep depths lvl1, run to lvl2 kill till breach, tp back to town
wp bridge of korsikk, kill clockwise around the middle of the map until you hit wp again, exit game

takes me avg 15mins on my 15mill welfare barb, using typical ww sprint build
the build he uses clears much faster, but reqs much better gear since he uses rend instead of battle orders. he also only picks up legendarys rofl

I tried this route with my archon wiz and took me exactly 15min (5 times in a row) and average exp was around 8M. that's around 30-32M exp per hour (not picking up stuff/gold, no downtimes identifying stuff etc). when I do full a3 runs with picking up ilvl 62+ items and big gold stacks + identifying this stuff I earn 24-25M exp per hour. so I get 20% more exp but way less loots!

tbh this works out different for barbs because of the insane movement speed! I think a barb can get around 40-50% more exp by doing these runs!

Tested it with my Nado Barb. Takes me around 10 Minutes with average 7kk exp (ruby in helm) resulting in 42kk xp per hour

excuse me i would farm also some paragon level, i bought the cain set with the exp stone 29% and got finaly a leoric ring 30% exp, i would ask please to tell me what is this crypt of ancients in act1? i cant understand where to find it....

it would be the cryt of leoric? or i am wrong?

No, your checkpoint is just determined by the furthest place you have been when doing a quest.

So if you start the last quest, and go to Halls of Agony first, that will be your overriding checkpoint until you go further.
