1 Ring To Rule Them All - Topic

How? I specifically wanted dex on my rings and armor.. It is an incredible mod. You do realize that the dex gives 2% dodge right?..
You also realize to get 2% DR from resists it takes about 80 all resist if you already have a decent amount right?
So would you bash 80 all res if it could spawn on this ring?
Or are you new?
