I am still unable to play D3, so I have not experienced the auction house. Basically, if they have proof that you've been devious in the AH - then ban. If they cannot prove it, no ban. There has to be solid proof, and techincality "exploits" due to Blizzards shoddy work is NOT our responsibility but their own responsibility to fix.

I tried ZK runs (to gain 3 lvls only), I tried the auction thing just for a test (one item just to see if it was true), will this get me banned? If yes it is a pity lol
