I'm 99% sure that it won't be pay to play. Wow is pay to play, and 12 million people play it. I seriously doubt as many people will ever play Diablo 3.

Both would be fine for me imo.
Although it should be priced less then the average mmo.

But we shall see how it plays out, maybe there will be some type of premium service (greedy Activision after all).
