does this mean that you can trade common, magic and rare items any time but legendary items for only 2 hours after drop?

Trading does not exist anymore. Game is a effectively a single player game that has a mandatory online requirement.

Game is shit, no worth the $12.00 that it sells for @ walmart or target.

Got also items 12 years old from D2 for sale, a few "traded" a couple of months ago also.
This clearly does not means the game has no trade.
Also, the items have 5 years, this does not means they're there for trade since then
