what if they are both 20% in different skills? theoretically speaking.
e: does it register the monsters specific resistances and considers that as an element factor?

It takes your highest %. So if you have 19% fire on amulet and 20% lightning on bracers, archon will do lightning damage. If you have 20% fire and 19% lightning, archon will be fire damage.

IDK what happens if you have them both the same, just make sure the one you want is higher %
