Just for reference. The beta for RoS started on 12/12 and the game fully launched on 3/25 of the following year. This was a 3.5 month beta. If they followed the same track with the Necro we could see it as soon as late July / early August.

The problem is, they usually release new patches between seasons. Since this season started two months ago. We would need a 4 month long season (minimum) in order to be able to get Necro for S11. I personally think we will see Necro for S12 in October.

I would love to see it happen too, but really...
I think they did what they did about duels aka brawling just to shut some mouths. Just so they can say We gave p.v.p. (...kinda) They realized it was too much lol.
Just like they build the whole game without pvp in mind. Hard to implement after.
